Processing Times

Orders usually take 1 business day to process for shipping, but can take up to 2 business days to process during busy periods.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, don't worry. Contact Us and we'll solve it.

Can I change my shipping address after I've placed an order?

The shipping addresses of orders which have not been dispatched can be modified if you contact us promptly after placing the order. Orders which have already been dispatched by us cannot be altered, and customers who would like to change their shipping address in such cases will have to place another order.

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processes that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
